As I've noted, the proof of service in this matter is fraudulent. I had no co-habitant. Streeter concealed this from the jurors but the default judgment (not served - I was homeless in Santa Monica, did not change my address for obvious reasons, and the default was mailed to my former Brentwood home) was entered into evidence and she questioned me about it. Why? It did not go to character. As I've explained, Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli threatened me over this Motion when I publicly stated I intended to move to vacate Leonard Cohen's default judgment. This is a rough draft of what I intended to file. I will forward my Declaration that addresses all of Cohen's fraud, perjury, and lies. I have addressed Jihad Gianelli's activities in this document - including his threats re. the non-verifiable warrants (one was dismissed by a court but I don't know if it pertained to me - there is another Kelly Lynch who appears to have been the individual in the Killer King entirely falsified file with my address and my son's father's comments about me that were bald-faced lies). Gianelli posted the complaint and other documents on Scribd in April 2010. That's when I first read them. He appears to have motive, is aligned with Cohen, and may have found a sympathetic ear with Alan Jackson about me. Legally, a judgment has no binding force and is subject to collateral attack if it is wholly void for lack of jurisdiction of the subject matter or person (see Cohen's retaliatory lawsuit; the Boulder order - that proof of service is fraudulent and I addressed it after the hearing when I reviewed the perjury in Cohen's declaration and the perjury in the proof of service and did file a Motion to Vacate which I will find and send you - AND, see the new California order that was registered sometime in May 2011 although Rice wrote and lied to me that it was registered on or before February 14, 2011. Please see the following - OR WHERE IT IS OBTAINED BY EXTRINSIC FRAUD. If the service of process is not perfected, the court lacks personal jurisdiction to hear the case. "The most common ground for equitable relief [from a final judgment] is extrinsic fraud, a broad concept that covers a number of situations. Its essential characteristic is that it has the effect of preventing a fair adversary hearing, the aggrieved party being deliberately kept in ignorance of the action or proceeding, or in some other way fraudulently prevented from presenting his claim or defense" Actually, my Declaration - addressing Cohen's fraud, perjury, lies, concealment, etc. is part of the Motion to Vacate documenet. I simply want you to have the totality of circumstances and to understand how this situation exposed me to dangerously unstable lunatics who I believe have motive - such as Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli, Kelly Green, Susanne Walsh, Linda, Sydney, Michelle Blaine, Sprocket, and others. The Social Network aspect of the attack on my character, defamation, slander, targeting of people close to me, my complaints to LAPD, etc. should be raised as part of the Introduction - as well as my intent to vacate Cohen's fraudulent and retaliatory lawsuit until the cyber-terrorists descended. They did indeed say they contacted LAPD and S&MPD. That includes Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli who is totally out of control and has targeted me since approximately May/June 2009 - with the "Coin Guy." I never left a package with that man and the USPS Inspector should be contacted and will be. I never asked him about investing in anything. The man contacted me and it was about Phil Spector. He has publicly stated that he wrote Phil Spector. These people appear to be lunatics and their activity is clearly coordinated. Kelly Green was basically questioning me about Phil Spector's experts Dr. Henry Lee and Dr. Michael Baden. Do you find that bizarre? He/she was posting on the Darwin Exception (hostile to Phil Spector; glorifies Alan Jackson) blog in 2007. I have studied all of this extremely well. In any event, I want you to understand all details. I will send you the Boulder Motion to Vacate soon. For the record, I sent the Motion to Vacate and my Declaration to the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and Dennis Riordan - at the time I wrote it - so that it and my intentions were memorialized.
