To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,
The cyber-terrorists (on Blogonaut's Law Blog, owned by Stephen
Gianelli - who is also the author of the articles, posts countless
posts - including those slandering me, and moderates all comments -
per his own admission) - including, but not limited to,
Blogonaut/Gianelli, Kelly Green, and Susanne Walsh are now commenting
on IRS matters and speaking on behalf of the IRS about Leonard Cohen's
tax matters (I was absolutely told the tax fraud is criminal and it
does not appear to be negligent - which is laughable) while publicly
stating that the IRS could put me away for a long time, the U.S.
Attorney's Office (who Gianelli also does not speak on behalf of or
represent) could prosecute me for failing to file my 1994 and 1995 tax
returns with an intent to evade which is a bald faced lie.
I would like an IRS Opinion on "Kelly Green's" public assertion that
Leonard Cohen is squared away with the IRS. Green has also publicly
stated that I am antagonizing the IRS although the IRS has advised me
of no such thing. Agent Tejeda/IRS did not advise my lawyers that I
was antagonizing either him or the IRS when they spoke to him during
my trial - about testifying. Agent Tejeda/IRS told my lawyers that he
was meeting with IRS attorneys about the subpoena and his testimony.
The judge then refused to permit Agent Tejeda/IRS to testify.
My question is this: what legal right did Cohen, Kory, and Rice have
to testify in a court of law (under the laws of perjury) about the IRS
or the fact - according to them - that the IRS refund closed the IRS
case with respect to the allegations I brought to the attention of the
IRS and Agent Tejeda/IRS that Cohen committed criminal tax fraud. I
have provided the IRS with an abundance of evidence including the
corporate books, records, and other documentation that has been
willfully concealed from numerous courts and my jurors at the trial
that really seemed to be about Cohen's tax fraud and Phil Spector's
matter which I absolutely view as a set up.
I would appreciate the courtesy of a response and do think the IRS
should act swiftly now since there are public allegations (made by
Gianelli, and Walsh - Cohen's fan read this in a newspaper) that
Cooley or the DA are considering bringing charges against me and/or
prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter might bring additional charges against
me. Since Viramontes/LAPD was able to state, in his report, that my
emails are generally requests for tax information what was going on
with Streeter? It is my opinion that she attempted to sabotage an IRS
matter or matters and my future litigation issues with respect to
Leonard Cohen and others. And then there are Cooley and Jackson.
They were continually raised at my trial. What do they have to do
with Leonard Cohen and who contacted them? Was this matter
coordinated between these two offices? The DA's investigator didn't
just show up at my trial - where Cohen testified about Phil Spector,
an alleged gun incident (that contradicts the gun story used by
Spector prosecutors in their motions and probably before the Grand
Jury), and the IRS. Leonard Cohen has motive and he and his lawyers
are well aware that I reported his criminal tax fraud to the IRS which
is why my lawyer asked: Do you see the IRS copied in? Cohen
testified that he saw Dennis Riordan copied in. He testified that
Steve Cooley was probably reading my emails and people near to him
were. He and his lawyers/PI were hanging out with the DA's
investigator in court and seen lunching with him. That is
unconscionable. In my letter to Alan Jackson (that Investigator
William Frayeh hand delivered to Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson),
copied to you, I addressed Leonard Cohen's criminal tax fraud, the
evidence that exists, and dangerously unstable individuals like
Stephen Gianelli and the cyber-terrorists who have been relentlessly
targeting me and my family. These cyber-terrorists also involve
Sprocket (Paul Hubel told me she is the mouthpiece for Lana Clarkson's
mother) and Michelle Blaine (who stole from Phil Spector and had one
of the most vile blogs I have ever seen in my life and Janice Spector
absolutely told me Blaine turned on her also).
This appears to be highly coordinated. I would like the FBI's opinon
on all of this. I have been vocal about my belief that Phil Spector
is innocent. And I personally believe there is also an element of
retaliation here - on the part of the DA and certain of his employees.
I have been threatened by Marko who absolutely told me to tell the
Denver FBI "Merry Christmas" which is an outrageous statement.
Green and Gianelli work in tandem, I might point out. Please see
Phawker.com where my son was threatened; these lunatics attempted to
lure my minor son into communicating with them privately; and I was
questioned - by Green - about Dr. Michael Baden and Dr. Henry Lee -
two individuals who were maliciously targeted and slandered and who
Bill Pavelic thinks were set up. Speak to Pavelic about his very
public allegations on guiltyofincompetence.com. Is the FBI going to
tell me that the DA is unaware that Leonard Cohen has committed tax
fraud and stolen millions from me? How about the criminal negligence
in my older son's Whole Foods matter? OSHA's attorney advised me to
contact the DA and I have reviewed the depositions. It was willful.
The machine was to be taken off the floor three weeks before he was
moved into the meat department, I believe, and complaints were made on
a weekly basis that this machine was broken. Leonard Cohen testified
and perjured himself over this matter. I have never said he ripped my
son's fingers off and want to review the transcript. What did this
have to do with the charges? Would someone like to explain that to
me? And then there was Streeter's attempt to address the default
judgment I was not notified of or served and her lies about assets.
These are very serious lies and there should be extremely serious
consequences. The custody matter is also at issue.

We all know the Lynchness Monster is bat-shit crazy--but what is her
attorney's excuse? And how in hell can she afford to pay him?
Regarding the IRS matter: since the IRS is squared away with Mr.
Cohen, how can she possibly believe antagonizing the IRS is going to
help her in any way? Oh, well, perhaps the IRS can put her away for a
very long time?
