To the FBI, Unconscionable governmental conduct and Official Misconduct on steriods.  That's my position and the evidence supports that.  I wonder why everyone I know in reality sees right through this?  Also, I happen to think you should talk to my lawyer about the problematic juror.  I have advised you what he told me.  I knew precisely who he was talking about when he mentioned the man and the man felt sympathetic towards Cohen over Streeter's lies about the TH assets that are NOT $150,000.00.  And, Cohen personally had recently received an advance of $1 million as I discussed with Doug Davis/FTB when we were discussing the 1099 I have not been able to obtain.  Do you understand how there can be $0 K-1s (illegally transmitted to the IRS from LC Investments, LLC - a 100% owned company of Leonard Cohen's - see his declaration in the fraud and retaliatory lawsuit) from LC Investments, LLC and income for the same period listed on the fraudulent expense ledger that is NOT an accounting, forensic or otherwise.  The assets and ownership valuations and percentages were fraudulently concealed from the court.  My lawyer asked Kory about the mediations.  That is now on the record.  It may have been Cohen or Rice.  But there is testimony about mediations and that must now be revealed and investigated.  What was going on in the mediations between Cohen and his tax lawyer, Richard Westin? All the best, Kelley P.S.  Please review the entire satirical email about the Wedding Party and my non-existent cabinet and ask Robert Swann Mueller, III if he thinks my friend is the director of the FBI.  This might confuse him - as he is the Director and has publicly stated that Official Misconduct is one of the FBI's top criminal priorities.  That is also on the FBI website as I noted to the agent in Los Angeles I discussed Phil Spector's set up with.  Here's a better question - why does Leslie Dutton/Full Disclosure know who is the corruption in LA (and then had two DA investigators show up - and their supervisor wasn't aware of this, per her video) and everyone else is in the dark?  Well, the LA Times is somewhat responsible for not fully reporting the Phil Spector case properly and investigating the allegations Dutton and Steve Ipsen have raised re. Cooley.  I did wonder how the man got elected when his campaign manager (in his AG run) said he can't carry LA.  That is an interesting point since he's a Republican, I suppose, and LA County is a Democratic stronghold.  It should be interesting to watch Kamala Harris defend Cohen in the appeal.  She seemed to know Cooley was corrupt and he's all over my so-called story.  WHO was the investigator in the courtroom and why did Captain Jack Horvath lie and conceal the fact, from the court, that the DA's investigator rolled by my house in 2005 - and I didn't just contact these lunatics in 2007. I met with Dale Kelly in 2006 to review Brian Bennett's report and was utterly and absolutely shocked and reduced to tears.  He knows this.
