To the IRS Commissioner’s Staff,
I am looking at my shorthand notes of the appeal and noted that Kory
provided - in the IRS binder - several IRS documents relating to the
refund that evidently relates to Cohen’s accusations that I
misappropriated funds - as Detective Viramontes/LAPD has noted in his
so-called report. For the record, baldymonk@aol,.com is not my email
address as that report notes. It is Leonard Cohen’s. I am absolutely
shocked that the IRS would issue Leonard Cohen refunds of $557,196;
56,725.00; and 50,919.00 - that relate to tax years 2001, 2002, and
2003. Has Cohen now taken the position that he is the “alter ego” of
Traditional Holdings, LLC? Cohen’s representatives also wrote the IRS
in Los Angeles advising the IRS that I transmitted a fraudulent 1099
to Leonard Cohen that “violated” the fraudulent restraining order in
Boulder. That 1099 is NOT fraudulent. Leonard Cohen and his
representatives wasted every single dime that should have been viewed
as an asset of Traditional Holdings. That is why I view this as pure
income to Leonard Cohen - not to mention the corporate distributions
and other items that were going to be recharacterized by Westin. I
have no idea what that means. I will review the lies in Detective
Viramontes/LAPD’s report with you, the IRS Commissioner’s Staff and
copy in the FBI, DOJ, Agent Sopko/Treasury, Doug Davis/FTB, and
others.
Someone - probably Kory - said that in the voicemail that was played
in court I addressed all tax issues that I created. I’m evidently
sophisticated and understand intricacies. I never once handled a tax
matter. Cohen himself testified that his lawyers took care of all
corporate books and records. He also testified that the income from
“Dear Heather” was on the forensic ledger. He now knows what a K1 is
- he finally asked his lawyers. Most people, according to the lunatic
prosecutor, don’t know what the Franchise Tax Board is because most
people in California evidently don’t pay California state taxes. The
judge didn’t want to hear the answer to this question and sustained it
but permitted Cohen to testify about my son’s Whole Foods matter - to
Robert Kory: Did you contact City National Bank and ask them to
freeze Miss Lynch’s assets? I believe Boies Schiller felt this was
criminal activity. It’s interesting that Boies Schiller understood
that Cohen and Kory wanted me to participate in criminal activity but
Detective Viramontes doesn’t understand it. He doesn’t understand
that a man would destroy my life and lie about me when he’s a
celebrity apparently. This tells me that Viramontes is impressed with
celebrities.
In any event, I don’t think I want to look at this information right
now. I’m still quite ill and it makes me sick. Kory wrote that I am
using communications from the IRS to defame Mr. Cohen. That’s a bald
faced lie. Cohen has accused me of using the threat of an IRS
investigation to attempt to “extort” the resolution of civil claims,
according to Kory’s letter to Agent Tejeda. I have never once
attempted to extort a civil resolution of any sort whatsoever. What
is the punishment for lying to the IRS, providing fraudulent
information, etc? Evidently there are criminal penalties. Kory is
clear about that. So am I.
Nikhil Ramnaney figured out every single issue. He was clear with the
jurors - I am a whistle blower and this is retaliation. Nikhil's not
a bald faced liar like Sandra Jo Streeter. In any event, I don't want
to focus on the appeal today. I want to focus on recuperating from
asthma, bronchitis, etc. A friend of mine's calling me shortly. I'll
discuss Viramontes and that nasty episode with him. I feel as though
I was talking to an absolute con artist and really hate to say that.
I don't actually like to call people liars but I continue to feel like
Doron Weinberg who appeared absolutely frustrated in Phil Spector's
matter because he was surrounded by LIARS. That is how one feels.
Doron Weinberg was needlessly and maliciously slandered during that
trial. Get out of the way when Cooley, Jackson, Dixon, Sortino, and
others, need to nail a celebrity to prove that their not the rotten
lunatics that they clearly are.,
