To the IRS and FBI,
I wonder why Detective Jose Viramontes likes Leonard Cohen? Perhaps
it's because Cohen thanked Viramontes for arranging and executing the
arrest of the "Defendant." Viramontes doesn't see right through
Cohen. I do. I intend to find out what type of legal liability
Viramontes has here. Every word he spoke to me will be used against
him, if possible. I'll bet Cohen's grateful to LAPD. Who wouldn't be
- they've bent over backwards to further this lunatic's crime spree.
In any event, I believe Berkeley PD does deserve some acknowledgment
for their professional handling of the arrest. The Appeal needs to be
addressed first and foremost. Viramontes was interested in my Appeal
but doesn't realize documents advising the court that an Appeal is
underway have already been filed. Therefore, this situation is NOT
over yet. Perhaps the FBI would like to explain to me - based on your
understanding of emails and IP addresses - why Cohen's testimony that
I sent the emails proves that I sent any of these emails. Perhaps the
FBI would like to explain why an assistant for the City Attorney's
testimony that she carefully downloaded everything on Cohen's CDs is
proof that I sent them? I have never seen such garbage in my entire
life and mentioned it numerous times to people whose field of
expertise is computers. I have not reviewed every single email these
people entered into evidence and cannot possibly understand why emails
allegedly sent prior to the registration of the order were handed to
the jury or entered as evidence. Does Viramontes know, for a fact,
that Cohen was NOT sitting in Europe or Canada when these emails were
received? If so, what would the jurisdiction of a Colorado or
California court be? Well, I intend to find out. I was not served
and a California court did not obtain jurisdiction over me. How would
it? I have a right to due process and that is precisely why the
appellate attorney immediately understood that I should have been
served. And, there also appears to be a requirement that law
enforcement ensure I am aware of the order. I guess that's why
Berkeley PD offers individuals a courtesy call. How do you think
Viramontes attempted to contact me? I didn't even want to ask and was
startled when he said this and then moved on very quickly to the
criminal detectives he dealt with in Berkeley. Talk about
over-zealous. I want to ask the appellate attorney questions about
this case being referred to the City Attorney with NO INVESTIGATION
whatsoever. Viramontes own report states that the California order
was registered on or before February 14, 2011. That was a bald-faced
lie. In any event, I do not want to become frustrated so I'll end
here.
