IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

The proxy stalker removed his latest Truth Sentinel comments attempting to elicit information for the blatantly retaliatory proceedings but seems to think slandering me on Truth Sentinel advances his interests and the interests of those whose interests he represents.  Gianelli appears obsessed with the deceased protected party.  I've suggested that he read my federal complaint once it is filed later this week.  I have been forced to confront his endless public attacks.  Some of those attacks and his deranged harassing emails will be attached to my federal complaint together with a summary of all the lies about federal tax and IRS matters in the 2012 trial.  The document will address Robert Kory's latest insane and perjured declaration.  I assume Kory & Rice benefit financially from their ongoing conduct with respect to a deceased protected party and their attempts to piggy back onto the fraud orders.  It is grotesque.  See below.

I didn't violate any order Gianelli. I also did not agree to the entry of any fraud restraining order based upon fraud and perjury. Feel free to read my federal complaint later this week. Your obsession with a deceased protected party is grotesque but I do understand one of your ongoing jobs is to publicly attack me. And, as you know, the fraud domestic violence order is a matter under appeal. It is also being addressed with the US DOJ, Cali DOJ, and Senate Judiciary as it involves VAWA funding fraud and was used for years to interfere with federal tax matters and related matters, etc.

Stephen G. replied to Truth Sentinel's comment     Stephen G. The pending criminal charges against Lynch arise from her violations of the restraining order in July and August of 2016 BEFORE Cohen died. According to the hg transcript, Lynch was told by the judge that if she waived her right to a contested hearing she could NOT later attack the order as "fraudulent" or based on "perjury". Lynch elected to waive a hearing and agreed to the restraining order anyway. In no sense is an order that Lynch requested issue in lieu of continuing with the taking of evidence to support the order be considered "fraudulent". Lynch was told at the 2008 hg that if she violated the order she could be sentenced to 18-months in jail. She violated the order anyway and in 2012 received 18-months in jail. In September of 2015 Judge Silverman heard Lynch's arguments and ruled that the 2011 CA registration of the CO order was valid. Lynch nevertheless elected to again violate the order in 2016, resulting in the pending criminal charges. Given this history, it is hard to see Lynch as the "victim" of an oppressive and "fraudulent" restraining order. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

Here's an update on where thing stand.  I am going downtown tomorrow and filing the following documents in numerous insane matters:

1)  AOB - Cohen's fraud renewal of judgment

2)  Motion to Compel - discovery from City Attorney (including all information from LAPD, City Attorney, and all of their communications with Cohen, Kory, Rice, Gianelli, et al)

3)  Request for funds for an investigator.  I have heard from Paul Huebl and would like to hire him.  

4)  Motion to Compel - discovery from Karina Von Watteville.  She was sent interrogatories months ago. 

5)  Petition for Writ of Supersedeas.

This week, I will file my federal complaint.  I am also finalizing a declaration for the Boulder Combined Court and working on my declaration for IRS that goes through every single fraudulent and perjured statement in all Cohen legal pleadings transmitted to IRS or that involve federal tax matters.  That document will also go through Kory's declaration and what "annoys" Kory & Rice.  These people are so out of control, it is now insane.

You have the comments that were pulled from Truth Sentinel.  I think they're entirely transparent and so do many others.
